Description
This Black bean aioli recipe is the interpretation of combining traditional flavors of arroz con frijoles and turns it into a sauce that you can dip anything in. It’s a fusion of cuban and european recipes to create something new and versatile that adds a flavor bomb to anything, from burgers to croquettes
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
4 oz black beans from a can. Drained.
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
Juice of 1 lime (you can add more to taste)
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Blend the beans, mayo, garlic, paprika, cumin, and salt & pepper until finely incorporated. Taste and add lime juice as desired. Blend one final time to incorporate lime juice.
Notes
Add red pepper flakes to give it a kick.
