Instructions
Peel the pineapple and halve.Â
Using a Mandolin:
- Run both sides of the pineapple through the mandolin blade slowly.Â
- Lay single slices on the dehydrator mats.Â
- Set temp on the dehydrator to 135 and leave overnight.Â
- Remove and store in an airtight container
If using a knife:
- Cut Pineapple in half
- Make careful even slices along the body.
- Lay single slices on the dehydrator mats.Â
- Set temp on the dehydrator to 135 and leave overnight.Â
- Remove and store in an airtight container
Notes
DO NOT CORE THE PINEAPPLE.
The core will give the chip structure and prevent it from breaking apart.Â
