1 Pineapple


Instructions

Peel the pineapple and halve. 

Using a Mandolin:

  1. Run both sides of the pineapple through the mandolin blade slowly. 
  2. Lay single slices on the dehydrator mats. 
  3. Set temp on the dehydrator to 135 and leave overnight. 
  4. Remove and store in an airtight container

If using a knife:

  1. Cut Pineapple in half
  2. Make careful even slices along the body.
  3. Lay single slices on the dehydrator mats. 
  4. Set temp on the dehydrator to 135 and leave overnight. 
  5. Remove and store in an airtight container

Notes

DO NOT CORE THE PINEAPPLE.

The core will give the chip structure and prevent it from breaking apart.
