This Salmon Tartare with Fennel and Caviar recipe is perfect for summer and inspired by raw preparations. Paired with lemon zest and fennel for vibrance.
8 oz fresh salmon– cut into small cubes 1/8 in thick.
1 tbsp Fennel fronds
Zest of one lemon
1 Tsp of Caviar
3 Sheets of Seaweed (nori) torn
1/2 haas avocado sliced thin
Slice salmon into 1/8″ thick cubes, incorporate lemon fronds, lemon zest, and avocado. Add caviar and serve.
For an hors d’oeuvre:
Open a sheet of nori and spoon a tablespoon of the mixture into it. Ready to serve.
For an appetizer:
Combine the fan avocado, mount the mixture onto the avocado on a plate, and break a few pieces of nori as a garnish.
